I've been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) for over 45 years, and in that time the critical importance of nutrition and food choices to health has become more apparent. This is especially true for aging. Nutrition and aging is a very hot topic in the 21st century as the global population ages.
Thanks to increased research, there's more actionable information on foods and nutrients that improve health span. My goal with this blog is to share that information with like-minded people who want to take charge of their health. People ask me if I'm retired, but I won't be retiring from nutrition. I'm doubling down on it.
